Once your son or daughter has secured a place at a UK school, he or she will almost certainly need a UK-based guardian.

Our sister organisation is Alpha Plus Guardian Services (which was founded by Jane Youdale in 1999). Though APEX is now entirely separate and independent, we are happy to recommend Alpha Plus for guardianship amongst the forty or so reputable companies accredited by AEGIS (the Association for the Education and Guardianship of International Students). We would be pleased to arrange guardianship with Alpha Plus Guardian Services on behalf of your child.

As professionals experienced in the world of education, we can attend school events such as parents' meetings on behalf of your child. In addition to talking to your child's teachers we would send you a report after the meeting giving a detailed summary of our conversations and containing any advice supplied by the school's staff. As a former headmaster, Richard has many years of experience in helping students to prepare the Personal Statement which forms part of their university application and offering constructive advice on their content and presentation.

We can assist your son or daughter in compiling his or her application for university entrance, in particular by evaluating the Personal Statement and making suggestions for possible improvement.
